For the women and the men who support them

There’s a woman I keep thinking about.

She runs a team. Leads a ministry. Shows up for her family. Tithes. Prays. Reads the books. Does the work. And still — around day 21 of her cycle, something in her body quietly dissolves. Her confidence thins. Her decisions feel foggy. She starts second-guessing the vision she was certain about last week.

And nobody has ever told her that’s biology. Not a breakdown. Not a faith failure. Biology.

That’s the woman I built this for.

I spent years at the intersection of things that weren’t supposed to go together. So it appeared.

Neuroscience and Scripture. Hormonal cycles and business strategy. Nervous system regulation and prophetic leadership. The boardroom and the inner court.

Every expert I found lived in one lane and if you crossed it was no longer God, again so they said. The neuroscientist didn’t talk about faith. The faith leader didn’t understand the luteal phase. The business coach had never heard of the default mode network. The cycle-syncing expert had nothing to say about marketplace calling.

And the highly accomplished women caught between all of it — the ones carrying both an assignment and a company and a family and a calling — were trying to build with half a map in hands that were already full. And the Church never equipped because it bashed anything outside their box of religion.

I couldn’t unsee it once I saw it. It took me a little to figure out how to communicate all this and help the body receive and not think it was new age or witchcraft.

So I stopped waiting for someone to build the room. I built it.

What I’ve created lives inside a community called The Contemplative Woman— and at its center is a space called the Inner Court. Based all from Bethany in the Word.

The name matters.

Bethany was the place where Jesus rested. Where Lazarus walked out of his grave. Where a woman broke open an alabaster jar worth a year’s salary and poured it over his feet — and the disciples called it wasteful. Jesus called it necessary.

That tension — between what looks like waste to the world and what Heaven calls necessary — is exactly where most highly accomplished women live. Doing things their community doesn’t understand. Following a leading that doesn’t always make linear sense. Building something the market hasn’t named yet.

The Inner Court is where she goes deeper.It’s a sanctuary for that woman. These women have no where to go to not be judged.

I have had X witches come to me and tell me that they felt heard and seen and safe because they needed to be able to share some of the aspects of what they had done and learned and how there was some science and biology behind certain things but the church would push everything away. New age and many more have tainted the beauty and the truth until the church has thrown it all away.

It’s the protected space inside our app where women don’t just consume content — they integrate it. Where the work becomes less about adding more and more about finally becoming who they already are.

And then there’s the School of Activation — where women don’t just experience this methodology. They get certified to carry it.

Because one woman fully released doesn’t just change her life. She changes every woman watching her. And if she’s trained and equipped to lead others through the same transformation? The ripple doesn’t stop.

Inside the School of Activation, we don’t separate what God never separated.

We look at how the amygdala hijack — the brain’s fear-threat response — is why a woman with a prophetic gift will still shrink in the boardroom. We look at how cortisol dysregulation from chronic overgiving is physically rewriting a woman’s decision-making capacity. We look at how the follicular phase creates natural momentum for new ideas — and how fighting the luteal phase instead of working with it is why so many highly accomplished women feel like they’re failing a race they never agreed to run.

And then we open the Word. Because Deborah didn’t have the luxury of pretending she wasn’t a woman. Proverbs 31 is not a checklist — it’s a portrait of a woman whose biological and spiritual design were integrated, not at war. And Lydia? A businesswoman, a worshiper, a community builder. Not sequentially. Simultaneously.

The science doesn’t replace the Scripture. It confirms it.

A word to the men reading this.

You’re here because there’s a woman in your life you don’t fully understand — and you love her anyway. You’ve watched her carry things that would flatten most people. You’ve seen the exhaustion she won’t name and the gifting she hasn’t fully stepped into yet.

You’re not the problem. You just never had a map either.

What I teach serves her. But it also gives you language for what you’ve been witnessing. And that changes everything in a home, a business, a ministry.

This room was built for her. But there’s a seat at the table for you too.
