Leaders at all levels are giving their power away. If you don't believe me, look at the recent election and look at the way people are treating each other.

Friends that have been friends for decades unfriending, at the minimum, all the way over to people bashing each other with ax handles over political ideology.

Okay, fine, I get it. We all have values and beliefs, but there's a point where you cross a threshold, and you go into a trance-like state of fear or anger-based emotion, where the elephant is in charge of the rider, and that's what's going on these days.

If we're waiting for somebody to come riding over the hill on a white horse or a black horse and save the day, we're going to be waiting a long time. Nobody's coming. Leadership starts with us.
