It’s becoming increasingly difficult to manage outrage; however, the longer I practice these rules of engagement, the more useful they prove to be.
I hope this will give you some constructive perspective or specific strategies you can either borrow or adapt. I feel like these are flexible enough to be used online or off, with family members, with social media acquaintances, and with virtual strangers.
