I'm Megan. My friends say I have big mother energy — I'm the one you call when you don't know who to call. So I made it a podcast.

Every week I show up at a friend's actual house. We sit on her actual couch — sometimes with her friends piled in as the live audience — and we talk about one adulting "should" nobody warned us about. No experts. No five-step morning routines. Just real friends admitting that adulting is hard — and laughing anyway.

My intention is simple: I hope that by the time we're done, you're feeling better than I found you. That's the whole show. That's the power of big mother energy.
