Today’s conversation started with one simple question:
How do you actually help men with their mental health?
We hear people say “men should open up” all the time, but very few people ever talk about what happens after that. In this episode Aaron and Tim explore men’s mental health, isolation, emotional intelligence, therapy, healing, community, and why showing up matters more than simply saying you care.
This isn’t about blaming men or women. It’s about trying to understand each other a little better and having conversations that usually get lost between social media clips and headlines.
If you’ve ever wondered why so many men feel isolated, misunderstood, or like there’s no roadmap for getting better, we’d love to hear your thoughts.
