let’s be real, it feels good to be SEEN and be loved. We all have this innate desire to be understood…and in an overwhelming world, we want to be able to share our feelings, thoughts and perspectives with the people closest to us. Being misunderstood feels lonely. It makes communication frustrating, exhausting and disappointing.
