After thirty yeas of legal writing and litigation, Dave has retired and has chosen to teach the law's highpoints as it relates to avoiding, correcting, or at least diminishing gov't corruption and its impact on you and your family.

In 1988 I began my research because I took exception to the IRS in a personal matter. After 5.5 years of research I knew enough to actually help others with IRS troubles. In 1996 I began to branch out into state law (traffic court mostly) and developed a certain level of skill to where I could take conference call questions from callers with a variety of dilemmas.
What I learned about the law I learned from judges; you can't read too much case law. I'm aware of a plethora of topics or points that don't warrant the publishing of a course, but which are good to know whenever gov't is in touch. This is the stuff of newsletters and video calls online.
I'm all set to begin video calls here on TalkShoe for now. Observe:
