Noel Rojas is the President of Rojas Cigars, producing lines like Ohana, JSK, Prendelo, and more. He first started making and selling cigars in his native Pinar del Rio, Cuba, later moving to Miami and eventually Nicaragua, where his NOA Factory operates to this day.
