Evalena was one of my Astroflipping students whom I've watched grow. She's a nomad who loves to travel in her RV. She had started in 2020 in the business of wholesaling real estate, finding leads the traditional way which. She atests to how big of a difference it is with talking to sellers directly versus talking to real estate agents, most especially when it comes to the flow and the manner of conversation. Real estate agents are more in tuned with what's actually happening in the market versus home owners and conversations would be business to business. Her first deal which was a month after joining Astroflipping was a deal she sold to KeyGlee and made $7500 and not very long, she was able to pick up her momentum, built her buyers list, and is now doing atleast 5 deals a month, getting her a revenue of $50,000 to $60,000 every month. She has now started scaling and is operating in multiple markets. She has delegated most of the work to her teams that she is mostly signing contracts, allowing her to have more free time to enjoy what she loves the most which is to travel to places. 

Evalena's markets are Vegas,  Florida, Tampa, Miami, Orlando, and will soon be in operations to many more markets.
