Hey! It's Native Heritage month and like any other people out there I scouted for the best guest possible to make it special. Today this special episode features Congresswoman Debra Haaland. She is from New Mexico and is an enrolled member of the Pueblo of Laguna. We talk about some of her policy, Covid, the secretary of the interior rumors, some of her personal history and finally how we can get NomadCast into the White House. They need "something else" in there am I right?
I was extremely nervous and you can hear it a bit but I think I did alright. Unfortunately due to the extremely short amount of time we had I had to transition through topics much quicker than I would have liked. If you enjoy the show make sure you let the Congresswoman know you'd like to hear us talk more!
I hope you enjoy the show!
Please share, leave a comment or review and follow me on social media!

On this episode come listen to my brain clog as I get more and more involved with the conversation with my guest Ronnie James. Ronnie is a man from Iowa that is involved with the Great Plains Action Society, Des Moines Mutual Aid and BLM movements in a big way! Through our conversation I begin to realize how little I understand of a lot of what he is talking about and I really appreciate that. Ronnie has humbled and taught me in a way that a lot of other guests just simply couldn't.

Happy Indigenous People's Day! For this episode I spoke with Dale Deforest. He is an incredible Navajo artist that primarily works in comic books. He's been a long time listener and friend of the show and I love that I can support him by bringing him on.
On this episode you can hear us lament our woes over COVID, get real about why we are having issues with life and why being indigenous in 2020 is important and what it means for us.
Thanks for being such a great friend and guest.

Hey y'all! Happy Indigenous People's Day! This episode is actually a little old and I feel terrible becuase it had an error when I originally uploaded. So to make it right I'm making it my first upload today.
I hope you enjoy listening to Navajo artist/author Kayla Shaggy and I talk. It's a really incredible time and I can't tell you how happy I am to be interacting with people that are this wholesome and inspiring.
