Nominet, a UK based cyber security provider, acquired CyGlass, a Boston-based cyber company.

The acquisition will enable Nominet to build on the progress they have made building a network detection and response capability to protect critical networks.

This is the first deal as a part of a strategy to broaden its offer in cyber security, through organic growth and acquisitions.

Now part of the Nominet group, CyGlass will continue to run as a separate business from its base in Boston.
