Non Stanford started off as a cross country runner, but switched focus to triathlon after a series of injuries. She was the ITU World Champion in 2013, and despite missing an entire 2014 season due to injury, she not only managed to qualify for the 2016 Rio Olympics, but finished fourth place.

More recently, she captained Team Wales at the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
