Have we taken therapy "speak" too far? Let's chat about when therapy language helps... and when maybe it's just passive-aggressive. We are taking a satirical look at how phrases like "boundaries", "trauma response", and "triggers" have made it nearly impossible to have a normal argument- or chat. Everyone is gaslighting, no one is texting back, and apparently we are all "healing."

We took this therapy session to the streets and interviewed some customers in the Trader Joe's parking lot to get their two cents on some therapy lingo!
