I decided it was time to tell a little bit about my story and I realized after 35 episodes, you may not know much about me. This is a business podcast and I do own a business so I figured it was time.   I have been in the insurance business now for 11 years and have built it from scratch.  My path is not dissimilar to many of my guests.  I started a career I never thought I would, I had no idea what I was doing or how to do it.  Not only that, my wife decided to do the same thing at the same time!

So we started two businesses bought a house and had a baby in our first 12 months.  Why not right?  The farther I get away from that time, the crazier it seems.  I have learned so much along way and work very hard to continue to learn more.  I cover a number of things in this podcast that I thought were interesting, funny and important to the path I have taken and the success I have had.

How I learned short term and long term marketing.

What is like being married to an business owner while being a business owner.

How my business grew for 7 years and then hit a wall and started to shrink.
