Ontario Premier Doug Ford is declaring a state of emergency in response to ongoing blockades in Ottawa and Windsor, the Chatham-Kent Public Health Unit is reporting another COVID-19 death locally, and Chatham-Kent's main COVID-19 vaccination clinic will be moving to a new location in Chatham later this month.
