Chatham-Kent police are investigating a fatal ATV crash just outside of Chatham that claimed the life of a Chatham man in his 30s, a couple of housing developments will be up for discussion at Chatham-Kent council tonight, and the issue of summer ice at local arenas is also coming up at council tonight.
