The size of Chatham-Kent council is up for discussion and a vote tonight, it looks like a 26-year-old Sarnia man's luck has run out after he allegedly stole some lottery tickets from several convenience stores in Chatham, and police in several Canadian cities are increasing their presence today as the world marks the first anniversary of the October 7th Hamas attack on Israel.
