The Mayor of Chatham-Kent finally has a challenger in the race for the top seat on Council, so far so good at the new homeless shelter in Chatham, and a 51-year-old Chatham-Kent man has been charged with mischief after he allegedly cut and removed some wires from machinery that was on a construction site in downtown Chatham.
