Chatham-Kent police are putting out another call to the public for tips after a shooting in downtown Chatham early Sunday morning, a man who is wanted in connection with a murder in Chatham 21 years ago is now one of the most wanted criminals in Canada, and the union local that represents striking federal workers at the Canada Revenue Agency is imposing a media blackout on talks with the federal government.
