Chatham-Kent police have arrested a 27-year-old man for impaired driving after a single-vehicle crash just south of Merlin this morning that sent three people to the hospital, OPP are investigating a two-vehicle crash that claimed the life of a 72-year-old Chatham resident over the long weekend, and the province is looking at tightening up restrictions on when and where cities and towns can put in bike lanes.
