A draft audit shows issues with the finances of the Democratic Party of South Dakota. The report shows the organization understated payments by $2.5 million dollars in 2015 and 2016. The audit performed by the Federal Election Commission also showed more than $67,000 worth of contributions from unregistered organizations.
