A draft audit shows issues with the finances of the Democratic Party of South Dakota. The report shows the organization understated payments by $2.5 million dollars in 2015 and 2016. The audit performed by the Federal Election Commission also showed more than $67,000 worth of contributions from unregistered organizations. Plus, the group didn’t disclose more than $46,000 worth of debts and obligations. Another audit, this one by the Iowa Department of Public Safety shows more than 5,800 licenses
