Before he became the most produced playwright in the history of the country; before he was appointed as an Officer of the Order of Canada for his body of work; and before he moved to Fredericton, Norm Foster lived and worked as a radio broadcaster for CKWS in Kingston, Ontario.  That was back in the mid-seventies.  It was in New Brunswick that he developed his passion for writing plays.  Now, with some 70+ productions to his credit, it is said that on any given day of the year, one of those plays is either in rehearsal or in performance somewhere in the world.

Forty-five years ago, Norm and host, Dave Cunningham, both worked at that radio station.  In mid-September 2022, they both got together virtually for this conversation.
