Norma Blondin was born in Raynosa, Mexico and was raised in Lubbock, Texas. She is a mother of two daughters and grandmother to two. She moved to Dallas in 1988 where she worked in the technical financial arena and then later moved to Florida in 1998 and worked in the mortgage financial industry for a number of years. In addition, she worked with the Miami Community Development Center, helping people of low income means with how to get and keep a home. She currently resides in Texas.
