Herman asks the question of: Why are we working mainstream jobs that are slowly killing us?  The majority of jobs say they want you to have “a good work to life ratio” but then ask you to work 60 hours a week.  Why can’t we do jobs that pay well and allow for the work to life ration we deserve?
