HEY #XLR8ers. This is just a trailer on what's about to happen on the podcast. Felt convicted by the Spirit to do a mental health series called "Normal" Living. This will strictly focus on mental health, also my experience with mental health struggles and just encouraging others that there is freedom from any mental health issues.

Mental Health is a very sensitive topic so I wish you can share this podcast with everyone. Anyways, not mentioned in this short intro, but I will also invite some guest speakers, from Pastors to Mental Health professionals.

And also an episode dedicated to a Q&A session, questions asked by you that I will gladly respond to with the best of my ability.
