Connell and Marianne grew up from the same small town in the west of Ireland, and the similarities end there. In school, Connell is popular and well-liked, while Marianne is a loner. But then come college, they switched status, Marianne adapted well (or so she thinks) with loads of famous friends, while Connell had a hard time fitting in. 💭
