Norman Wirzba is a leading figure in the field of fields. He cares about farming, food, our connected lives and the justice that is inherent in living at peace with the land. Along with frequent collaborators such as Wendell Berry, Robert MacFarlane and others, Norman thinks deeply about the Anthropocene - our current age of significant human impact on the Earth's geology and ecosystems. Norman is based at Duke University where he is the Gilbert T. Rowe Distinguished Professor of Christian Theology and the Senior Fellow at the Kenan Institute for Ethics. His latest book is "This Sacred Life: Humanity's Place in a Wounded World".
