*artwork my own* - [In my artwork, I have depicted The White Lady of Stevenston. She is a spectral figure from North Ayrshire folklore, said to be the vengeful spirit of a woman who perished in a tragic fire centuries ago, possibly due to accusations of witchcraft or a bitter land dispute. Haunting the rural roads near Whitehirst, her eerie presence evokes dread in those who encounter her, a lingering reminder of injustice and loss in the region’s dark past].
