Today's episode takes place in Charlotte, North Carolina. I will be talking with Rachel Stark about the North End Smart District which was identified to be an innovation hub for the city of Charlotte. Eight neighborhoods exist within this district so the project ensures that residents are extremely involved with the decision making process.
