North Korea sends a missile over Japan

Herb London of the London Center for Policy Research updates Chris Salcedo on the latest missile launch from North Korea this weekend, threatening but not hitting our ally, Japan. He says we cannot ignore this, and neither can Japan, who may have to alter their pacifist constitution to address the threat.
