Tracy Daly (she/her) is a Canadian sex-tech entrepreneur, sexual wellness advocate, and the co-founder and CEO of MedEnc Technologies, a company focused on transforming how individuals and partners approach sexual health, intimacy, and relationship communication. Alongside co-founder Kevin Daly, Tracy is helping develop innovative technological solutions that encourage greater transparency, informed decision-making, and meaningful conversations about sexuality. Their work reflects a commitment to sexual empowerment, inclusivity, and creating accessible tools that support people across a diverse range of identities, orientations, and relationship structures.
Tracy is also the Socials Manager at Club M4, an adult lifestyle club in Mississauga, Ontario, where they contribute to the social experiences and community connections within the consensual non-monogamy and lifestyle community. Their involvement in both sexual wellness technology and the lifestyle community provides a perspective on the intersection of intimacy, sexual expression, relationship dynamics, and the importance of creating welcoming environments where adults can explore their sexuality without judgment. Their professional interests include body image, mindfulness, behavioural change, LGBTQIA+ inclusion, polyamory, and the evolving ways people establish and maintain intimate relationships.
In this episode, we sit down with Tracy to explore their journey into sex tech, the vision behind MedEnc Technologies and its Moanr platform, and their involvement with Club M4. We discuss the realities of the lifestyle community, the importance of consent and communication, the challenges of overcoming sexual stigma, and how technology and community spaces can contribute to healthier conversations about sex and relationships. This conversation brings together entrepreneurship, sexual wellness, consensual non-monogamy, and the changing landscape of modern intimacy.
