In this episode of Not a therapy session with Yogi and Kabeer, we dive into this deeply personal and often confusing journey of self-discovery. Inspired by a heartfelt listener letter, we reflect on our own experiences:

🧐 How did we realize we weren’t straight?
💭 How can one figure out if they’re really gay?

✨ Laughing and crying with LGBTQ+ meme pages
✨ Watching a steamy gay rom-com to see how it resonates
✨ Experimenting with same-sex filters on dating apps
