I want to make a difference in the world; spread my light to those suffering with a mental illness as I have myself. I have been diagnosed with bipolar 2 disorder and have seen the highest highs and lowest lows. Together we will learn to be tenacious in times of vulnerability and to lean on your village when you fall. Mental health is not a life sentence, it’s a stepping stone to finding the real you. Find courage in listening to this podcast to heal yourself or support a loved one.
