Ep 1 of Season 5 kicks off with Helen receiving a phone call at 11.30 pm from her friend   Louise who is in a care home near Lancaster . And she is reminded that not all old women are the same. There are certainly many ways that the word 'old' could be defined, and Helen and Louise would be two of them.
