Today we are back learning the instructions from Paul, the result or blessing and the condition in order to have the blessing.

In Philippians Paul tells us

1. Don't worry

2. Pray

3 Thank God

And the blessing is PEACE. Not an insignificant amount of peace. But peace that exceeds anything we can understand and that guards our hearts and minds.

What's the condition?

To live in Christ Jesus.
