What does it really mean to be healthy?
In this episode of Watushule, I reflect on the life of my grandmother Anna, who remained active, strong, and deeply grounded well into old age. On her 100th birthday, when I asked her the secret to her health, she smiled and said, “I am God’s favourite daughter.”
Years later, after her passing, that answer began to mean more.
This episode explores the three pillars of health: the body, the mind, and the spirit. It looks at movement, nourishment, and rest; clarity, discipline, and peace; meaning, alignment, and living for something greater than yourself.
Because true health is not just the absence of disease. It is wholeness.
Your body carries life.
Your mind interprets life.
Your spirit gives life meaning.
Think deeply. Live deliberately.
