Now that the government shutdown has been ended -- or rather postponed until Feb 8, it's time to clarify the difference between the 800,000 DACA recipients and the 2.3 million Dreamers who don't have DACA protection. Democrats will want all of these people treated the same and given the same legal status. That won't fly with the GOP, and nor should it. It's not fair or wise to legalize those who haven't been vetted and didn't take a risk in coming forward. Let's talk about that.
