We constantly have something to say about the younger generations, children, grandchildren, family etc....we wonder why they're not motivated, DISCIPLINED, ambitious, HUNGRY!!! Well why would they be?? We have made it so easy and comfortable for them,they don't have a "NEED" to do so....we have done mostly everything for them!! They're complacent right where they're at!!
