Today's episode is an important one, one that I believe is a conversation that involves us all. We all know someone who is directly affected by the culture we have developed in society that is currently causing conflict between the genders. I want to talk to you; men & women, as a friend. A regular girl.  I want to share my experiences with you to help you develop your perspective or solidify your beliefs.
