Allegra Dill (Rosario Dawson) returns to her hometown of Saint Disgrace after her cop sister, Felicity is murdered. On the mission to find who killed her sister, Allegra meets A.D Singe, a friend of Felicity’s who might know more than he is leading on. In investigating the case of Clyde Brattle, Allegra pays a visit to Jake Spivey, the richest man in town and an old friend.
