The governor of Louisiana recently pardoned and released 40 convicted murderers onto the streets, foregoing the one most basic responsibility of the civil magistrate, which is to execute murderers. There has been an increase in state governors pardoning criminals and rebelling against God's design for government. A pro-death culture will always result in pro-death politics, whether it be support for abortion or the release of murderers back into the population.
