Carl Dean Switzer, better known as "Alfalfa", the freckled-face boy with the strong cowlick from "Our Gang" seemed to have a budding career; however, after an incident during a dog training, his life was taken.

Millicent Entwistle, better known as "The Hollywood Sign Girl" had a slow progression to her career, and after a not so great premier, she climbed to the top of the "H" on the Hollywood sign and leapt to her death.
