Intuition Vigilante

Not your "fluffy" version of INTUITION-the 3 ways I see women NOT acting on Intuition

Listen Later

Today’s episode is a full-on riff about self trust and intuition — because this is literally the foundation for everything I do. Obviously. The podcast is called The Intuition Vigilante Podcast. I’m calling myself the Intuition Rebirth Guide. That’s not for shits and giggles. It’s not because the word is trendy. Intuition is everything to me.

I break down what I believe intuition actually is — not just instincts, not just that inner voice that talks to you, but I believe intuition is the voice of God, the divine, Source, Creator, universe… whatever higher power you believe in.

Your inner knowing is how God communicates with you. It’s how He guides you through His plan for you. Your intuition is the force leading you toward your soul mission, your destiny, your soul contract.

From there, I talk about where most women in my world are right now when it comes to intuition. There are three places I see:

1️⃣ The blocked woman

She’s not trusting herself at all. She doesn’t even know how to access her intuition.

She can’t hear it — it feels cut off or blocked.

Most likely because of trauma, grief, or her identity shifting when she became a mom. Motherhood rocked her world and flipped everything on its head.

2️⃣ The woman who hears the whisper but can’t discern it

She hears the nudges, but she’s like:

“Is this my intuition?”

“Is this something I saw online?”

“Is this fear?”

“Is this a trend?”

She can’t tell what’s intuition and what’s subconscious programming, what’s a limiting belief, what’s fear trying to stop her, or what’s her intuition telling her to avoid something.

3️⃣ The woman who knows exactly what her intuition is saying — and ignores it, shoves it down & is afraid to act on it.

She hears it. She knows it’s talking to her. She can discern it.

And she is actively pushing it away because it would require her to do uncomfortable shit: set boundaries, lose friendships, make big changes, disappoint people, deal with fallout, disrupt her whole life.

So she avoids it — and that’s what keeps her unhappy, claustrophobic, and feeling like life is just happening to her.

And honestly, if you’re listening to this, you’re probably in category two or three. Maybe sometimes category one, but most of the time you hear the whisper — you’re just not trusting it or acting on it.

I give a big examples of this in the episode.

I break down the three stages we move through:

hearing the nudge → discerning the nudge → acting on the nudge.

And all three have their own challenges.

This is what I help women with inside my programs (coming soon).

Self trust is not always easy. Following your intuition is not always easy. Discerning it is not always easy. This is what I’m here for.
