Not Your Typical Pandemic Episode and a Call to all People of Color

This is not your typical “let’s discuss the pandemic” podcast episode! With the pandemic extending beyond what any of us have anticipated, some of us are simply tired of it all, and we are experiencing a bit of an imbalance of energy in life.  This could show up as many things for us, and together, through sensitive and compassionate dialogue, we will journey to hopefully experience a powerful shift in perspective, to find that place of balance we have been craving. If you are sick of the pandemic, and want a fresh perspective of how you can balance the pain of loss this pandemic has brought,  with the pain of growth it has also brought, this is your episode!

Also, towards the end of the podcast, we briefly discuss ways we as “white” people (if you identify as such)  can learn and grow from the current civil unrest out in the world with the Black Lives Matter movement. A call to people of color is given to have as a possible guest on the show because we need your experiences and perspective more than ever! If you are a person of color, please listen to see how you can be given the mic during this very important time in our history. Your life, and your voice matters! We need you so much!
