"I read a lot, I listen to music, I hang out with my kids, and I also do a lot of coloring. And the other thing I really do is dancing as well. So I think you need to essentially find out what works for you, what makes you happy, and just do that, just do that so that, you know, it's just a bad day. It'll pass.
