Matt Spiegel opened a special Hot Stove edition of Hit & Run by recapping all that has happened with the Cubs and White Sox since the season ended a few weeks ago. Spiegel has accepted the notion that Craig Counsell is a better manager for the Cubs than David Ross at this point in time and also is excited about what new White Sox general manager Chris Getz can do for the franchise.
