Taking it easier is something I have been working on last year. It has its up and downs. But the big question is, do you want to get a lot of work done or do you want to do you work well, giving it time and attention. Same goes for your relationships.

This summer I had the privilege to have a few weeks off and celebrate my holidays in the north of Sweden. But how can you take that holiday feeling back into daily life? Trying to live consciously.

After a dramatic year I need to watch myself and take enough time to recharge myself. The best things to do 'Nothing'. In my case; go into nature.

Trying to recharge my batteries by doing nothing. But a bad feeling is haunting me and it is hard to put aside and then just doing nothing.
