Have you ever felt like you were trying to prove something? To show someone else that you could do it.  That you were skilled enough, strong enough, smart enough, or 'anything enough' to do it.  This idea of 'proving yourself' often comes from competition or comparison with others ...with hitting certain benchmarks ...or even with yourself.

It's not always a bad thing (if you're "improving"), but when proving is fueled by a forcing energy and you're trying to measure up to someone or something ...it can lead to pushing and hustling, or feelings of lack and low self-worth.

Listen to this episode for a reminder that you have "nothing to prove" ...to anyone!!
