ON A SERIOUS NOTE: I (Sophie here hi!) just wanted to state that my medication is totally essential for my health and I didn't want this story in the podcast to put anyone off medication like this. My meds help me stay well and it absolutely was my own carelessness that caused this issue. And plus it's very hard to even deduce if the medication was making me feel bad or the anxiety around what was going to happen but long story short ignore me cuz I'm not a doctor!!!! Big love pals!
