They say that time is a great healer. Well, it’s been about 4 hours since the full-time whistle at The City Ground and whilst we have regained a little bit of equilibrium, it feels like we’re going to need a bit longer to pull ourselvestogether after a hugely disappointing 2-2 draw against already-relegated Leicester City that leaves any hope of Champions League qualification out of our own hands and hanging by a thread.

It feels funny to feel so deflated when in fact Forest have secured European football next term. That point makes it a guarantee and if you’d offered me Conference League qualification back in August, well – I’d have bitten yer balls off.Perspective and clear heads are needed.
